Thought Bubble 2023: The Con Swag

It’s been a week since Thought Bubble and only now have I been able to collect up all my con swag and post it. In the past few years I have seemed to come back with less and less, enjoying the company and the con more, but this year I decided to go all out. As a result I came away with some amazing new indie comic books as well as some pretty neat original artwork, with an original page from James Tynion IV and Martin Simmonds’ Universal Monsters: Dracula #1 being my prize buy. So, before I sent it off to the framers I got a quick pic alongside the other art I picked up from Roger Langridge, Johnathan Edwards and a kick-ass Judge Dredd page by Ian Richardson.

And now the comic haul, including a con exclusive edition from DSTLRY as well as a Somna ash-can, plus a few other odds and sods, including a UK Superman Annual from 1983 which i found in a local charity shop. A book I had as a child which meant a lot to me as it was one of the first books that drew me into comics, and in particular DC Comics.
