A Dark Past And Deadly Legends: Previewing ‘Borealis’ #1

Dark Horse Comics has revealed a preview of Borealis #1, their new horror crime series from screenwriter Mark Verheiden, writer Aaron Douglas, artist Cliff Richards, colorist Guy Major, and letterer Jim Campbell.  

In the isolated village of Qinu, Alaska, Winter nights last for months, temperatures hit seventy below, and alcohol is illegal. A world of bad memories await State Trooper Silaluk “Sil” Osha as she is pulled back to Qinu after thirteen years away. She is called on to investigate a series of brutal murders, only to face a dark past and her frightening connection to deadly legends.
