‘The Freak Brothers’ Season 2 To Fly High On Digital This February
by Erik Amaya
The second season of the adult animated series The Freak Brothers arrives on Digital on February 26 from Lionsgate.
The Freak Brothers updates Gilbert Shelton‘s late 1960s underground comic The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers by transporting three Summer of Love-era Haight-Ashbury marijuana enthusiasts (voiced by Woody Harrelson, John Goodman, and Pete Davidson) to the far out year of 2020. Season 2 finds the trio attending their high school reunion, encountering Mark Zuckerberg and Mitch McConnell, and facing Seth Rogen at a brownie bake-off that also serves as an extended spoof of Breaking Bad.
