‘The Batman: First Knight’ #1 Gets A Second Printing After Selling Out
by Olly MacNamee
The Batman: First Knight #1 has sold out at the distribution level and so is heading back for a second printing.

Written by Dan Jurgens with art by Mike Perkins, colours by Mike Spicer this DC Black Label sees Batman return to his grittier, more gothic roots of 1939 in a thrilling murder mystery full of blood, guts and tension as a young and inexperienced Dark Knight crusades against crime in a Depression-era Gotham City. That’s the shorter version, but for more, you could always read my review here.
Or, better still, watch my recent interview here for more insider info on the series.
The second printing will be out on April 16th and feature a new version of the pulp novel variant cover with an era-appropriate Second Printing “sticker” on the front by Mike Aspinall.
