Celebrate Stitch Day With A New ‘Lilo & Stitch’ Graphic Novel

Stitch always has a reason to celebrate life, and it’s no accident that Experiment 626 likes to do so with extra fervor on June 26th of the year.
In 2024, 6/26 lands on a Wednesday, and Dynamite has decided to join the festivities with a new Lilo & Stitch graphic novel called — appropriately enough — Lilo & Stitch #626. The 96-page book is in a 6″ x 9″ digest format and will feature tales of Stitch; his faithful pal, Lilo; mad inventor Dr. Jumba Jookiba; fellow alien Pleakley; “social worker” Cobra Bubbles; Lilo’s sister Nani, and other character who populate the galaxy and, of course, Hawaii. The assembled talent for the title includes writers Moana McAdams, Chuck Brown, Daniel Kibblesmith, and Jeff Parker. Artists Miriana Puglia, Emiliana Pinna, and Giulia Giacomino add their talents to the proceedings while George Kambadais and Edwin Galmon contribute tales they will both write and draw themselves. Additionally, June will also see the release of Lilo & Stich ‘Ohana — a collection of the first four issues of Dynamite’s ongoing comic book by Giacomino and writer Greg Pak. Issue #6 of the series will debut alongside #626 on Stitch Day.
It’s a full-on celebration even Stitch would be envious of … if he wasn’t at the center of it!
