Wolverine Gets His Claws Bloody In ‘Blood Hunt’ #2 Bloody Homage Variant

Blood Hunt’s vampire invasion is less than three weeks away, and the Marvel Universe’s heroes are about to be in over their heads.
Continuing the series of Bloody Homage variants, the Best There Is will be featured on issue #2’s Red Band edition of the series. The Red Band issues will featuring expanded and additional story pages featuring more scares, blood and gore than the regular edition.
Yes, it’s a gimmick, but as far as gimmicks go, it’s novel and will be fun to play out.
The first issue saw Thor stepping into the famous cover of Crime Suspenstories #22 from EC Comics. Blood Hunt #2 will see Wolverine taking center stage, in a cover by Logan Lubera. Though I’m not 100%, this cover looks to be another homage of Johnny Craig– who drew the original cover that was homaged for Blood Hunt #1- this time coming from Crime Suspenstories #16.
