‘Halo’ Season Two Blasting Its Way To 4K Steelbook This Summer

Season two of Halo is primed to make landfall on DVD, Blu-ray and in a limited edition 4K UHD Steelbook from Paramount Home Entertainment on July 23rd.
The Paramount+ adaptation of the iconic Xbox game franchise stars Pablo Schreiber (Orange is the New Black) as Master Chief, and The Crown vet Natascha McElhone as Dr. Halsey.
Set a few centuries from now, the series pits an Earthly military space force against The Covenant, an alien alliance bent of wiping out humanity. Season two begins with the main human stronghold under imminent threat, while super soldier Master Chief and his team of elite fighters begin a dangerous quest to reach the ringed superstructure known as the Halo with the hope of saving their people.
Additional cast members include Jen Taylor, Bokeem Woodbine, Charlie Murphy, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Culzac, and Danny Sapani. Season 2 also adds Joseph Morgan, Cristina Rodlo, and Christina Bennington to the roster.
Halo has a heavy above the line pedigree, with executive producers including David Wiener (Brave New World) Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey (The Americans), and Steven Spielberg.
The new set comes with over two hours of special features, including new and exclusive behind-the-scenes featurettes and “Declassified” documentaries about each episode.
Halo Season 2 arrives July 23rd.
