‘NYX’ Asks Who Is The Krakoan?

Marvel continues to try to get us hyped for the upcoming new X-Men titles. The one that seems to be most unexpected is NYX, the story about New York’s mutant subculture. In the first issue though, we seem to meet a face that can’t let the past go.
I can’t blame him.
Coming from writers Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly and artist Francesco Mortarino, NYX #1 will reveal a new identity for an old favorite. One former X-Man is going to break bad and use Krakoa as an excuse to do it.
Who’s under the Magneto-like helmet? Considering the theme of the series and the characters it focused on, it’s likely this is a younger character, and given the powerset on the page, it narrows it down quite a bit.
Yeah, we’re looking at you Hellion.
