Kickstarting Comics: ‘Mahoney’s’ #1 The Superhero Bar Where No One Knows Your Name

Currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter throughout July is the relaunch of the UK indie superhero series, Mahoney’s by writer and co-creator Richard Carrington and artist Brian Dawson. A supervillain series set in and around the bar, Mahoney’s, from which the comic gets its name and a brand new issue #1; the perfect jumping-on point for any newcomers. And a very stripped-down campaign too with the whole thing pretty much spelt out for you as a comic strip recap, preview pages and the various rewards all to be found here.
