Adult Animation Revolution: ‘Murder Drones’ Teases Series Finale

Murder Drones is an action horror/comedy web series created by Liam Vickers and produced by Glitch Productions. The CG series takes place in a world where mankind has colonized most of space and left the Worker Drones to rot. The series introduces a large cast of quirky characters and has delivered many twists and turns. Now the series is amping up for its eighth and final episode.
According to Vickers, “Directing this show with the artists at GLITCH has been an absolute dream, and packing these characters and the story I wanted to tell into 8 episodes of uncheck insanity has been the most fantastic challenge and reward experienced by human issue to date! “
I’ve been covering Vickers’ development as a creator since his projects like CliffSide and Internecion Cube. It’s been amazing to see his work mature with Murder Drones. The web-series proves that there is a hungry audience for spooky serialized animated series. I hope that its success will usher in more bold series in the future. Whatever happens next, the series played an important role in shaping the current adult animation revolution.
The Murder Drones series finale will premier on the GLITCH Youtube Channel on August 23rd.
