BOOM! Studios’ ‘Red Before Black’ #1 Sells Out & Returns With Second Printing

BOOM! Studios has announced that their violent, hyper kinetic, women-led Florida crime thriller Red Before Black #1 has sold out at the distributor level and will head back to print for a second run.
From writer Stephanie Phillips, artist Goran Sudžuka, colorist Ive Svorcina, and letterer Tom Napolitano, the series follows a disgraced army veteran, Val, who arrives in everyone’s favorite state: Florida. Her goal? Hunt down an infamous drug runner named Leo. But soon she finds that the pair have an unexpected enemy in common, turning the time-honored game of cat and mouse into something far more sinister!
The second printing arrives in stores September 4, 2024.
