‘Cardfight!! Vanguard’ Makes A Return To Gaming

Bushiroad Games hasn’t done much in the way of promoting Cardfight!! Vanguard in the west, but that seems to be changing with Cardfight!! Vanguard Dear Days 2 comes to consoles and PC. This new title will offer identical rules to the main card game, with over 3000 playable cards to build decks with.
Whether players prefer going at it in online battles or just enjoying a solo mode, both will be available thanks to the game having a proper story mode. Dear Days’ main page adds a bit more detail about the story mode:
“The paths of Yuki Ichidoji and Otowa Dosaki intertwine!
Featuring character designs by Akira Ito, a fully original story supervised by Bushiroad starring Otowa Dosaki and the protagonist of the previous game Yuki Ichidoji unfolds!
From Cardfight!! Vanguard Divinez, owners of the Fated One cards also make an appearance! Akina and others appear with newly drawn illustrations! Not only will they play an active role in the story, but they can also be selected as player characters!”
Cardfight!! Vanguard Dear Days launches on Nintendo Switch and Steam on January 30th, 2025.
