Skybound Release New ‘G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero’ Camouflage Covers By Francis Portela

Set to be released as variant covers for G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero #311-320, Skybound/Image Comics, in collaboration with Hasbro, have revealed the first five of these all-new “Camouflage Variant” covers from superstar artist Francis Portela (Black Panther). Each one will spotlight an iconic G.I. JOE character against a camouflage background.
Written by G.I. Joe vet, Larry Hama (Marvel’sWolverine), with art by Chris Mooneyham (Nightwing, Sgt. Rock and the Unknown Soldier), and colours by Francesco Segala (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), tG.I. JOE: A Real American Hero #311 is out on Wednesday November 20, 2024 from Skybound/Image Comics.

As well as these 1:10 incentive cover series by Portela, G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero continues with main covers by the Andy Kubert (X-Men) and colourist Tamra Bonvillain and an open-to-order variant cover with a black and white version of Kubert’s main covers.
