This episode sheds more light on the supporting characters of Zooble and Kinger. The former is dealing with their body dysmorphia while the latter is coping with grief and repressed memories. It’s great see nuanced character development from the supporting cast. These wacky characters are not as crazy as they first appear.
Salutations to the team at Glitch for delivering a truly frightening episode. The monster that the characters face is legitimate nightmare fuel. As a kid I was traumatized by cartoons like Invader Zim and Courage the Cowardly Dog. This blend of animated horror-comedy is long overdue for a comeback.
