Venom Week: HeroClix That Bring The Goo-Goodness To The Gaming Table

It’s Venom Week over here at Comicon.con and what that means is we get to talk about all the cool slimey symbiotes and how they relate to all sorts of stuff across the pop culture landscape. You know I had to find a reason to talk about some of the rad offerings from WizKids and these HeroClix Play at Home Kits feature slithering symbiotes and spectacular heroes to bring a little goo-gaming to your table.
First up is the Marvel HeroClix: Spider-Man Beyond Amazing Play at Home Kit Peter Parker! It comes with a limited edition Spider-Man HeroClix and a Limited Edition Symbiote HeroClix object showcasing a black symbiote in a cool little containment tube. You also get a double-sided map for play with your minis. This is rad for players who may not have pulled a Spider-Man and want to know exactly what they are getting, or for players who do not have easy access to their local gaming shop.
The second offering from the fine folks at WizKids is the Spider-Man Beyond Amazing Play at Home Kit Miles Morales. This set has a Limited Edition Miles Morales HeroClix Figure with the character card and a Limited Edition Red Symbiote HeroClix object, with an object card. You also get a double-sided map and this all comes in a cool window box for shelf display.
If you are looking to celebrate the launch of the newest Venom movie, Venom: The Last Dance, this is a rad way to get some goo-goodness over on your gaming table. If you want to grab yourself some blind boxes the Spider-Man Beyond Amazing Booster Brick’s have some really cool looking Venom and symbiote Clix in them but it’s always a roll of the dice what you are going to get. Until next time, there was at one time a Venom, God of Symbiots mini and I swear if I could find this thing for less than a lot … I would get one for myself. It’s so freaking cool looking. You have to hunt secondary markets for this little guy most of the time as it was a exclusive promo figure but, man oh man, from the renders alone this thing looks super cool.
