After Marvel Studios’ record breaking film team up, the duo comes to comics. Reuniting Benjamin Percy & Joshua Cassara, the superstar creative team behind the Krakoan-era X-Force, the series will find Wade Wilson and Logan beginning a series that’s nothing but a non-stop action movie. Secrets will be revealed, twists will stun readers, and a terrifying villainous plot will hook new and old readers alike.
When a fan-favorite villain returns, the only hope to stop it is Logan and Wade Wilson. The duo will find themselves racing against the clock to stop an age-old villainous plot. The Earth’s only hope is the Best Mouthy Merc There Is! (Did we do that right?)
“Josh and I really hit it off when we were working together on X-Force and became great friends,” Percy told IGN last month. “We never stopped texting or hanging out at cons. We’re always trading stupid jokes (and many hundreds of Arnold Schwarzenegger GIFs). I even helped his wife locate one of the elusive 12-foot Home Depot skeletons recently, so we’ll both be celebrating Halloween like bosses. This is all to say: we were both so damn excited to get the band back together. DEADPOOL/WOLVERINE is us cartwheeling onto the stage and shredding our guitars once more while smoke machines churn and pyrotechnics explode all around us.”
