First Look: ‘Action Comics’ #1084 From DC Comics

DC Comics are really rolling out the red carpet for the forthcoming Superman movie with a PR blitz on Superman-related content. Good. It’s about time Superman got his moment in the sun again. Especially with both Action Comics and Superman firing on all cylinders at the moment. Once more, the Superman books are the comics I often look forward to the most when I pick up my pull list. And today we get a first look at Action Comics #1084 by writer and Oscar winner John Ridley, artist Inaki Miranda, colourist Eva De La Cruz and letterer Dave Sharpe.

“Superman is on the verge of discovering who’s been luring reformed villains back to a life of crime, but the question remains—why? When he tries to convince Scorch to help him, they’re ambushed by a mysterious organization that holds the answers he’s searching for.”

Action Comics #1084 is out on Wednesday 2nd March from DC Comics.
