Skybound Shows Off Its Connecting Covers For ‘Battle Beast’

Skybound have already revealed its impressive line-up of variant covers for Battle Beast #1 and now we get the missing piece of the jigsaw, a connecting cover series for the first six issues by artist E.J. Su. Although we only get the first four this time round.
Battle Beast is set in the Invincible Universe and written by co-creator Robert Kirkman (Void Rivals, The Walking Dead) with art by contributing creator Ryan Ottley (The Amazing Spider-Man),w ho first created the fan-favourite character together nearly two decades ago.
“Cursed with an unquenchable thirst for violence that threatens those he loves, Battle Beast searches the universe for the one warrior mightier than him… so that he may die before harming anyone else. But even in a universe of mighty Viltrumites like Invincible and Omni-Man, it seems that no one may be able to stop the galaxy’s deadliest warrior… unless he does the unthinkable.”
Battle Beast #1 is out on Wednesday May 14, 2025.
