Marvel & Disney Reveal Next Set Of ‘What If Mickey & Friends Were The Fantastic Four’ Variant Covers

Marvel Comics continues to celebrate the Fantastic Four’s big year with corporate parent Disney with the latest round of new variant covers.

Disney and Marvel have collaborated on mash-up covers since Disney’s 100th anniversary giving readers some fun homages to some of the most iconic covers in comics history. Since the beginning of 2025, they’ve been focused on the Fantastic Four, homaging some of the most notable Fantastic Four covers in their long history.

With the upcoming new volume of the series, Marvel and Disney have revealed the six covers for the first six issues of the series. The covers homage the legendary Fantastic Four #49 by Jack Kirby, Joe Sinnott’s cover to FF #217, FF #252 by longtime FF writer/artist John Byrne, John Romita’s wraparound cover to Marvel Treasury Edition #2 and Kirby’s cover featured on 2018’s Fantastic Four: The Lost Adventure.
