Get A First Look At ‘Ultimate Spider-Man: Incursion’ On Free Comic Book Day

If you’ve thought there was suddenly a lot of news about Marvel Comics’ Ultimate Spider-Man: Incursion, you’re right. The latest news gives us a sneak peek at the sneak peek coming on Free Comic Book Day, May 3rd.
The upcoming event miniseries from Cody Ziglar, Deniz Camp and Jonas Scharf finds Miles travelling to the new Ultimate Marvel Universe, a timeline unlike any other the publisher has shown us before. The new peek at the Free Comic Book Day story shows Miles recovering from recent adventures and considering if he should take up the Maker’s offer to join him in an all-new universe—before he’s left with no choice!
“One of the best things about the Maker is that, despite his protestations to the contrary, he is not completely rational,” Camp explained in a recent interview with ComicBook.com. “He’s petty, emotional, even sentimental at times. He and Miles are the only survivors of their universe, and I think that gives the Maker a soft spot for Miles, the way we all have a soft spot for someone from our home town.”
“I can’t spoil anything, but Miles and Billie’s experience in the Ultimate Universe will definitely end up affecting the 616 in big, fun ways!” Ziglar teased.
The story will be front and center in the Amazing Spider-Man/Ultimate Universe Free Comic Book Day issue, available May 3rd at your favorite comic retailer.
