It’s Cats Vs. The Avengers In ‘LEGO Marvel Avengers: Strange Tails’ Trailer

LEGO’s animated efforts always have a wonderful tone to them. As evidence: we present this recently released trailer for LEGO Marvel Avengers: Strange Tails. It pits Earth’s Mightiest Heroes against a truly awesome foe: cats.
But as the trailer reveals, this feline onslaught is orchestrated by a livestream who wants “all the likes.” Honestly, that’s a more terrifying prospect at this point than anything Thanos, Doctor Doom, or Magneto can muster. Or, at least, more chilling in a LEGO Avengers context. Will Hulk make friends with Mr. Whiskers? Will Black Panther come under the livestreamer’s spell? And will Tigra get a chance to become a beloved fan-favorite outside of comics?
Come to think of it, the jokiness on display in this trailer and the presence of both Tigra and Hawkeye makes us wonder why we still don’t have a LEGO West Coast Avengers…
