Jesse Moynihan in known for his work on psychedelic cartoons like Midnight Gospel and Adventure Time. Now, he has his own independent animated short film: Jesus 2. It is like a spiritual successor to Midnight Gospel and explores a world where people are forced to live forever by a whimsical anti-Christ. The stop-motion and hand-drawn animation are unified by vibrant colors. I really loved how this short came together and look forward to what Jesse Moynihan will create in the future.
