Titan Comics Announce LGBTQ+ Rom-Com/Thriller, ‘Worst Man’ Graphic Novel
by Olly MacNamee
Titan Comics has announced the debut 240-page graphic novel, Worst Man, from Eisner and GLAAD awards-nominated creative duo Brandt&Stein. A blend of romantic comedy and tropical mystery; think White Lotus meets Knives Out: Glass Onion, and you won’t be too far off the mark.

Creators, Brandt&Stein, elaborate:
“WORST MAN is a love letter. To comedy, to farce, to crime stories, and above all else, to love. There is nothing so human and beautiful as the connections that bind us, and the ties we make; we wanted to celebrate humanity in all its flawed, messy beauty. We wanted to laugh through our fears and doubts around intimacy and connection. And more than anything, we wanted to have fun, to make something fun.”
Phoebe Hedges, the editor, added:
“The best way to describe WORST MAN is addictive. A masterclass in pacing and how to juggle a rich ensemble cast. Brandt&Stein have long been the secret ingredient to creating incredible books with other writers, but here they take centre stage. Belly laughs, toe-curling moments of family drama, plus heart-meltingly sweet — and sometimes steamy — romance await within its pages.”
Worst Man is out August 25, 2026, from Titan Comics.
