Vault Comics Announces New Catholic Horror Series ‘Excommunicated’

Vault Comics has announced a new horror series, Excommunicated, by New York Times bestselling author Jeremy Robinson artist Tiago Palma, colourist Manuel J. Rodriguez, letterer Jim Campbell, and designer Tim Daniel. Astory that “weaves an intricate web of sinister mystery, horror, action, and demonic collusion”. And, I dare say, a good serving of Catholic guilt. Especially as it features a “faithful nun” who, I imagine, will be tempted by evil forces at some point. They usually are. But enough about my speculation, here’s the synopsis, Robinson’s accompanying statements and a first look:

 

In Excommunicated, a faithful nun and a festering demon are excommunicated from the church—and from hell—because of a botched exorcism, and they must work together to uncover a sinister plot that endangers their lives and the world.
