SDCC 2026: Dynamite Kids Extends License With Nickelodeon And Announces New ‘Blues Clues’ Board Book

While Dynamite’s bread and butter is comics, it’s successful children’s book line continues its relationship with Nickelodeon.
As the company announced Friday, it’s licensing deal with the Paramount-owned subsidiary will continue through 2027. Additionally, the partnership is already producing a new Blues Clues activity book in addition to continuing series of PAW Patrol and Rubble & Crew titles.
It all begins this October with Blue’s Clues & You: The Mystery of the Missing Pie. The novelty board book invites children to solve a mystery courtesy of writer Jane Kent. Josh and Blue are searching for Mr. Salt’s missing pie with the reader enjoying an interactive adventure which includes fun pop-out pieces to help them solve the delicious mystery.
The book joins the existing Dynamite Kids library, which includes PAW Patrol: PAWsome PUPpets!, PAW Patrol: Ready for a Rescue!, PAW Patrol: Ruff ‘n Ready Rescues!, PAW Patrol: Construction Heroes, Blue’s Clues & You: It’s Puppet Time with Blue!, Blue’s Clues & You: Blue’s Beach Bonanza, and Blue’s Clues & You: It’s Your Birthday!
Blue’s Clues & You: The Mystery of the Missing Pie is due out this October.
