Dynamite Releases ‘Red Sonja & Barbarella’ Preview Pages

Red Sonja’s new space adventure had to look like this.
On Thursday, Dynamite unveiled preview pages from the upcoming Red Sonja & Barbarella from artist Diego Yapur:
Writer Homero Rios charts the meeting between the two as Barbarella is tasked with retrieving a “black mirror tied to her past” The object may “hold the key to a life she barely remembers.” Meanwhile, Sonja’s attempt to save an Oracle from their fate will lead her into a journey where “memory, destiny, desire, and survival all carry a heavy burden and price, and some debts are paid in blood.”
Supporting the debut issue are covers from Yapur, Joseph Michael Linsner, Collette Turner, and IvyCosplay, who portrays both women on two separate covers. Additionally, the company confirmed Stjepan Šejić‘s cover — his first to feature Barbarella — will be a blind bag exclusive.
Red Sonja & Barbarella arrives in stores this November.
