Dynamite’s ‘Purgatori’ And ‘Chastity’ Omnibi Kickstarter Funds In Seconds

Dynamite’s reprint program for original Chaos! Comic line continues to be a success.
As previously reported, Dynamite and Coffin Comics second Chaos! reprint crowdfunding campaign centers on Purgatori and Chasitity omnibi collections. And, per Dynamite, the campaign hit its initial funding goal within 66 seconds — a key Chaos! number — and passed the $100,000 mark within two hours of launch. As of press time, the tally stands at $175, 730.
Written by Brian Pulido, Marc Andreyko, and others — with a stable of artists including the likes of Jim Balent and Ivan Reis — every story featuring the two two fearsome vampiresses will be collected into three volumes. Additionally, each book is oversized at 9″ x 12″ with various options, including “signed special editions feature ribbon markers, gilding, as well as signed,numbered bookplates” and slipcovers. Super deluxe editions are also available, but the print run is limited to 333 copies each.
And, as an added incentive, those who pledge in the first 66 hours and 6 minutes will receive two exclusive cards in addition to any premiums chosen while backing the campaign.
