Rob Liefeld’s ‘Avengelyne’ #1 Sells Out On First Day Of Release And Gets A Second Printing

Rob Liefeld’s latest nostalgia-inducing debut issue, Avengelyne #1, with artist Daniel Mainé has sold out at the distribution level on the day of relealse. Meaning, not only does it get a second printing, but it joins Liefeld’s other new titles — Badrock and Youngblood — in selling out on day-of-release.
The Avengelyne #1, second printing will feature a new cover by Liefeld.

Thank you to fans, new and old, who are jumping onboard this saga,” said Liefeld. “I couldn’t ask for a better collaborator than Daniel Mainé! Believe me when I tell you that the best is yet to come, we will continue to make fresh editions available so as many readers who want to can join the adventure!”
Furthermore, Avengelyne is currently in development at Warner Bros. films. But with all the DCU shutdowns, I’ll believe it when I see it.
Avengelyne #1, second printing is out on Wednesday, 4th November from Image Comics.
