The Heralds of Galactus have arrived to capture and destroy the new bearer of the Starbrand. Unfortunately, the Avengers, though scattered and hurt, still stand in their way. Meanwhile, Iron Man finds himself one million years in the past and at the mercy of the Avengers of that time.
