‘Walks Like Thunder, Strikes Like Lightning’ – Watch The CW’s Black Lightning First Look Trailer

 
In development since 2016 with Fox, then picked up by The CW,  Black Lightning was only officially “ordered” this month, but a First Look Trailer has already been released. The show is scheduled to air in 2018, though no official date has been released yet.

Black Lightning features Jefferson Pierce who has retired from being a superhero for some years in order to spend more time with his family. However, the increase in gang activity in his community and the threats arising from it make him reconsider his decision.
