The CW’s DC Promo Teases Date Night In Tactical Gear

With four shows based on DC Comics characters, The CW has plenty to tease in this promo for all four shows:

Perhaps the most surprising moment of the whole thing is Calista Flockhart’s Cat Grant taking questions at White House press briefing. Is she the press secretary now or the president? Either role suits her, of course. Also, all the Roman times footage originates from Legends of Tomorrow. They’re meeting up with Julius Caesar for some reason. But it is interesting to note how little Flash and Arrow material appears. Both ended on cliffhangers that must be maintained for a few more weeks. Although, I did spot a fleeting glimpse of Dinah Drake (Juliana Harkavy) in her new Black Canary costume.
The new seasons of Supergirl, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Arrow can’t come fast enough. But there is still a few weeks to wait as they return starting October 9th.
