Violett Beane To Make A Quick Stop On Legends Of Tomorrow

Despite sitting most of The Flash‘s fourth season out, Jessie Quick (Violett Beane) will be making a big return to the Arrowverse in March.
Entertainment Weekly reports Beane will appear in an episode of Legends of Tomorrow called “Nercomancing the Stone,” which will also feature another return appearance by Matt Ryan as John Constantine. Plot details are sketchy, but you can be sure sending the break-up box which sent Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) on a soul-searching walkabout will come up. And since it’s Legends, it’ll probably be funny.
Beane will also appear in the March 6th episode of The Flash, in which she aids Barry and Jay Garrick (John Wesley Shipp) in preventing a nuclear bomb from leveling the city. I guess this time it requires three speedsters to prevent the explosion. Last time, Barry was all it required.
Although she recurred in the second and third seasons of The Flash, Beane disappeared after her brief recorded appearance inside the break-up box. It is unclear why she — and Wally, for that matter — were sidelined; but perhaps all the extra speedsters would’ve strained the credibility of DeVoe’s plan to demoralize Barry. Nonetheless, it will be great to see Beane again, particularly if it means clearing things up with Wally.
Legends of Tomorrow airs Mondays on The CW.
