Bad Times At The El Royale Trailer Introduces Some Stylish Mayhem

Future X-Force director Drew Goddard will soon deliver the film Bad Times at the El Royale and 20th Century Fox has unleashes a trailer for the film which looks like blast. Set in a stylish hotel on the California/Nevada border, Jeff Bridges, Cynthia Erivo, Dakota Johnson, Jon Hamm, Cailee Spaeny, Lewis Pullman, Nick Offerman and Chris Hemsworth star as guests — and management — of the Lake Tahoe establishment which has seen better days. Using large one-way mirror’s Hamm surveils his guests while Bridges and Johnson’s characters have more than R&R in mind for their stays. But it is difficult to say who is the most danger.
According to the logline, seven strangers will meet and “have a last shot at redemption — before everything goes to hell.” It’s been a long time since a trailer sold me on a movie, but consider me in line for this one.
Bad Times at the El Royale opens on October 5th.
