NYCC 2018: Psyche! Even More Photos From The Show!

by Noah Sharma

New York Comic Con may be over but here’s a gift for those not ready to let it go: a quarter hundred more memories from the show floor and beyond!

Here’s a sight I never quite thought I’d get to see…

Lord Myotismon welcomed me to New York Comic Con 2018

This full replica of the Tenkaichi Budokai was one of the most impressive sights as you entered the show floor.

They even had my favorite Dragonball character: Super Buu’s Neck!

Postwar extends forever, and so does Shin Godzilla’s tail.

#Jinkies

The Lin Kuei don’t mess around.

You can hear the song, can’t you?

The Transformers Are All Dead. So are the fans after finally getting a G1 accurate leader-class Shockwave.

I’m proud of him for coming out to such a crowded place. That’s the magic of Comic Con.

See you at Kaiba Con 2019

Two pitch perfect Seekers of Darkness.

The standard genres.

I love seeing cosplay like this. Fandom is pretty incredible.

A gorgeous painting by Ariella Kristantina

Look at this lazy Gabumon, making Matt do all the work…

…Nothing like this fine, upstanding Cubone.

Batman and his Rogues by XM Studios, definitely one of the most impressive statues they had on display.

Catwoman, on the other hand, prefers simple elegance…

The crowds were long but what’s a mob to a king?

What’s a king to two gods?

And what are gods to a non believer?

I can’t be the only one who’s annoyed by the weird warp digivolve required by Kabuterimon’s coloring, right? Oh well, it’s still gorgeous.

James Tynion IV and Michael Dialynas moments after seeing the limited edition Doctor Robot plush for the first time.

The final cosplay of my comic con blew me away.

Look at those lights! And it’s perfect toy choice.

I walked out with a big smile on my face due to all of this cleverness.
