Remember That Time Netflix Tried To Remove Friends From Their Lineup?

Netflix subscribers often keep an eye on what’s coming and going from the excellent streaming service, and this week brought a shocking announcement that had fans roaring. The ever-popular show, Friends, was set to leave the streaming service as of January 1st.

Needless to say, Twitter exploded with upset fans. Tweets like this one had me laughing out loud, but also crying inside. Friends being on Netflix was one of those shows that I could always turn on and watch whenever.

Luckily, the uproar only lasted for a day until Netflix informed fans…

Thank you Holiday Armadillo. This is a relief. You can stream all 10 seasons of Friends on Netflix…for hopefully forever.
