Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath Of The Gods PV

A new trailer has been released for the upcoming season of Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods. The third season of the popular shonen anime series, this season rushes towards the final battle between the Sins and the Ten Commandments, warriors seeking to awaken the Demon King.
This new season is being produced by Studio DEEN (compared to A-1 Pictures from last time), and being directed by Susumu Nishizawa, best known for his work on Inuyasha and Hikaru no Go. The series composition is being handled by Rintarou Ikeda, most recently known for Hakyuu Houshin Engi, the remake of the original Houshin Engi series.
To be honest, this isn’t exactly a murderer’s row in terms of staff, but at least this new UVERworld song isn’t bad. Having said that, if nothing else it’s a series which has been successful for two seasons and they only have to adapt the material available properly to send everyone home happy. While Ikeda’s biggest writing job has been Hakyuu Houshin Engi, the truth is anyone who could get through twenty three volumes of story in twenty-three episodes and retain sanity should be able to handle anything.
Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods begins October 6th.
