Straczynski And Deodata Share A First Look At Their New Series The Resistance From AWA Studios

This year will see an all new shared universe formed, built and populated by superstars writer J. Michael Straczynski and Mike Deodato Jr. in The Resistance #1 coming form AWA Studios. We’ve not been given too much to go on other than this fights look at some interior art pages from the first issue. Although, Straczynski isn’t a stranger to creating new superhero universes with many of you probably being able to remember his Rising Stars series (1999 – 2005) from Top Cow/Image Comics and remember if fondly too. I’ll be interested to see what he and Deodata do when we eventually see this new series debut sometime in 2020.
