‘The Suicide Squad’ Is Dying To Save The World In New Trailer

The Suicide Squad trailer is finally here. And as it is Red Band, there is an age restriction on the following video. But if you can view it, get ready to see James Gunn‘s colorful, mad, silly, and wonderful take on Task Force X. Also, get ready for one of the most unlikely villains to appear in a DC film make its debut. Oh, and get ready to stan for King Shark.
No, seriously, Starro is in this thing? That is truly awesome.
The film will see the formation of a new Task Force X — Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Captain Boomerang, Ratcatcher 2, Savant, King Shark, Blackguard, Javelin, and Harley Quinn — as they head to the island nation of Corto Maltese for a mission of, well, some significance. Besides returning players Viola Davis, Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney and Joel Kinnaman, the film will see the debuts of David Dastmalchian, Daniela Melchior, Steve Agee, Flula Borg, Idris Elba, Peter Capaldi, Pete Davidson, Alice Braga, John Cena and more in the DC Films universe.
The Suicide Squad hits theaters and HBO Max on August 6th, 2021.
