‘SurrealEstate’ Comes To Syfy On July 16
by Erik Amaya
Syfy has set a date for the first walkthrough of SurrealEstate: July 16th. To celebrate, the cable channel released a trailer showcasing star Tim Rozon as Nick Roman, the head of unique real estate agency specializing in haunted houses and supernaturally afflicted locales. Now that may sound spooky, but Roman’s pitch in the trailer makes it seem like there’s room for levity, silliness, and maybe even an accord now and then with the poltergeists and specters they encounter.

The series will also reunite Rozon with Earp veteran Savannah Basley and his Schitt’s Creek co-star Sarah Levy. Adam Korson, Maurice Dean Wint, and Tennille Read are also set to star. Additionally, Rozon’s Wynonna Earp co-star Melanie Scrofano will guest star in an episode and step behind the camera as director for another two. Also behind-the-scenes are creator and showrunner/executive producer George R. Olson and executive producers Lance Samuels, Daniel Iron, Armand Leo, and Danishka Esterhazy.
The 10-episode debuts July 16th on Syfy.
