Dynamite Announces Partnership With Sanrio And Hysteric Glamour For New Merchandise

Get ready for Vampirella to become a hip fashion brand.

Dynamite Entertainment announced Tuesday a new licensing partnership with Japanese merchandising giant Sanrio (Hello Kitty) and Japanese fashion brand Hysteric Glamour. The trio of companies will produce a range of “clothing and collectibles featuring Dynamite properties.” As seen from the sample below, it all begins with Vampirella-inspired clothing, but will expand to Dynamite properties like Project Superpowers and The Boys.

The partnerships continues Dynamite’s recent extension into new markets, such as children books and, of course, film and television. As part of the deal, the iconography of Vampirella and other Dynamite properties will make its way to Japanese consumers — and presumably fans stateside.

Of course, the Hysteric samples above only represent a small glimpse at what may be coming from the partnership in the years ahead.
