Red Bull Kumite Tournament Coming To Las Vegas In November

Red Bull is known for closely working with video game-oriented events in the past. They have run tournaments related to League of Legends and Valorant previously. Next month they will hold Red Bull Kumite Las Vegas, the first every North American entry into the prestigious fighting game tournament. From November 13 – 14, the two-day invitational competition will have the top players in the world in Street Fighter V: Champion Edition, TEKKEN 7, and Guilty Gear -Strive-. A schedule of events can be found below.

Saturday, November 13**

8:00 am – 9:00 am                 In-person Last Chance Qualifier Player Safety and Security Screening*

9:00 am – 10:00 am               Red Bull Kumite Las Vegas Doors Open*

10:00 am – 3:00 pm               TEKKEN 7 LCQ

1:00 pm – 5:00 pm                 Guilty Gear -Strive- Top 8 Competition

4:00 pm – 9:00 pm                 Street Fighter V: Champion Edition LCQ

5:00 pm – 10:00 pm               TEKKEN 7 Top 8 Competition

Sunday, November 14**

11:30 am – 1:00 pm               Red Bull Kumite Las Vegas Doors Open*

1:00 pm – 10:00 pm               Street Fighter V: Champion Edition Top 16 – Main Event

If you’d like to participate in Red Bull Kumite, you can sign up for Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ) through the below steps or HERE*. Every registrant for the onsite LCQs will receive a complimentary ASTRO A10 Headset, but anyone planning to participate must provide their own controller or fight stick. Eligible Guilty Gear -Strive- players will be able to sign-up online (and view full rules) HERE for the US LCQ taking place, online, 2 weeks prior to the tournament, starting on October 23.

  • Street Fighter V: Champion Edition and TEKKEN 7 players will be able to sign-up (and view full rules) HERE, with in-person LCQs starting on November 13.
