Isometric RPG ‘Weird West’ Delayed To 2022

Developer WolfEye Games has announced the release date of their upcoming action-RPG, Weird West, while also confirming the title has been delayed to 2022. For people who haven’t heard, WolfEye Games was founded by Raphael Colatonio, formerly known for his work on the Dishonored series.

During this new trailer, fans get a look at one of five main stories, one through the eyes of Jane Belle, a bounty hunter who lost everything. Throughout the game, all five characters will eventually meet at one point or another, but every playthrough is meant to be unique and have different outcomes. Largely, the trailer centers around the simulation aspects, where players can interact with everything in the world, making different approaches to situations all viable.

The game also has strong RPG leanings, with each character being able to level up how the player decides. At the end, the developers promise this game will have at least forty hours of gameplay for players to get into.

Despite the delay, the game will be launching for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One January 11th.
