Your First Look At ‘Batman’ #118 Heralding The New Creative Team Of Joshua Williamson And Jorge Molina

by Olly MacNamee

With ‘Fear State’ coming to an end, along with James Tynion IV’s highly successful spell on Batman, DC Comics have passed on the reins of the Dark Knight’s continuing adventures to writer Joshua Williamson and artist Jorge Molina. We get a first look at interior art for the pair’s first issue, Batman #118, a collection of covers, plus a character design sheet for new character, Abyss:

“After the events of “Fear State,” everybody—including the citizens of Gotham City and Batman—need some time to celebrate, heal and process surviving the plans of the Scarecrow and the Magistrate. Batman has retreated alone, into the darkness, only to leave Gotham when he finds out about a mystery involving Batman, Incorporated. This takes the Dark Knight on a new adventure, full of thrills, chills, and intrigue on an international scale!”
