Cygames Confirms ‘Granblue Fantasy ReLink’ Coming 2022
by Sage Ashford
Cygames had it’s GranblueFes this weekend, where they showed off their usual look at their RPG based on the popular mobile game, Granblue Fantasy: ReLink. This time, a bit more information about what the game is about was mentioned, courtesy of the good people at Gematsu.
The game is split into two different modes: the main story, which takes Gran and his crew to the Zegagrande Skydom, and the Quests, which is new content that can be played either solo or four-player co-op. Currently, the roster stands at Gran/Djeeta, Katalina, Rackam, Io, Eugen, Rosetta, Lancelot, Vane, Percival, and Siegfried. However, they plan on adding at least two characters in Charlotta and Yodarha.
Granblue Fantasy: ReLink has run into plenty of trouble on it’s way to reveal, including having a developer in Platinum Games before they switched to developing the game with their Cygames Osaka team. Hopefully this time the title can stick to it’s reveal, as it’s not out yet and we still haven’t heard anything from Cygames’ Project Awakening, the company’s other major title.
Granblue Fantasy: ReLink will launch for both PlayStation consoles as well as on Steam in 2022.
