Atlus Announces ‘Soul Hackers 2’

In a surprise announcement, ATLUS has announced Soul Hackers 2, a sequel to Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, a game that launched almost 25 years ago. This new game is being worked on by Shinjirou Takata and Eiji Ishida, both previously known for their work on Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE.
The new Soul Hackers game follows protagonist Ringo, a Devil Summoner who can bring out special powers from demons. She comes from a being known as Aion, sent alongside another Devil Summoner named Figue to protect a world in danger. The trailer shows Ringo and Figue working alongside summoners from other organizations to stop this dangerous threat.
Soul Hackers 2 is launching on Xbox and PlayStation consoles as well as PC on August 25th.
