Ice Nine Kills & Z2 Bring More Meta Carnage In New Graphic Novel Sequel – Inked In Blood II: Once Upon A Crime

Heavy Metallers Ice Nine Kills & Z2 Comics bring you Inked in Blood II: Once Upon A Crime, with Ice Nine Kills’ frontman Spencer Charnas joining co-writer Ryan J. Downey and Artists Giorgia Sposito and Nino Cammarata for a new Tale of Murderous Twins.

Due for release in Fall 2023, Z2 is once more collaborating with metal band Ice Nine Kills for Inked in Blood II: Once Upon A Crime, the sequel to last year’s slasher thriller.

This second volume mixes the real-world journey of the theatrical metal band with what they’re describing as a “claustrophobic, adrenaline-doused dose of serial-killer slayings.”

Ice Nine Kills’ frontman Spencer Charnas shares the writing with Ryan J. Downey, working with artists Nino Cammarata and Giorgia Sposito, as well as cover artist Mike Cortada, the artist who’s responsible for the album artwork behind Ice Nine Kills’ most recent albums The Silver Scream and Welcome to Horrorwood: The Silver Scream 2.
