The Ultimate Marvel Universe Returns In New ‘Last Look’ Variant Covers

This June, two of the biggest creators in comics Jonathan Hickman and Bryan Hitch launch an event that will change the Marvel Universe forever- Ultimate Invasion. To celebrate the apparent return of one of the biggest imprints in comics history, Marvel has unveiled new Ultimate Universe variants for a June debut.
Marvel is calling these covers ‘Last Looks”, which is interesting. Are they a glimpse of a universe destroyed in the Secret Wars crossover, or something else? Regardless, they celebrate the return in some way of one of the most popular storytelling universes in Marvel’s long history. They will be featured on the covers of ten different Marvel books and feature fan favorite Ultimate versions of some of your favorite characters.
