Kickstarting Comics: ‘Tuned’. An All-New Black Ops/Horror Graphic Novel From TPub

TPub, one of the UK’s indie press success stories, has a new graphic novel coming out, via Kickstarter. An all-new horror book, Tuned, described as “Hostel meets John Wick by way of Old Boy.” Written by TPub head honcho himself, Neil Gibson, with art by Aymen Swisy, it’s already broken its first goal and on its way to unlocking the stretch goals you can find here.
Here’s the full synopsis for Tuned:
“TUNED is our darkest and most violent comic to date. Those who back the Kickstarter should expect an absolutely twisted blood soaked ride.
People Change. It’s natural.
But some change is decidedly… unnatural.
Project Coventry was meant to change people for the better, but it ended in tragedy. The project was shut down and everyone moved on.
Except Frank Scalera.
The tuning process warped Frank’s mind beyond recognition. His yearning for justice has turned into insatiable blood lust. And he loves it.”
As ever with such campaigns, there are various pledges you can buy into. From the cheapest – £10 will get you a digital copy of the book – to the more expensive – £300 will get you a cameo in a future TPub book, amongst other things – there’s a price point for everyone.
