‘Grifford Academy’ Looks To Be An Awesome Fantasy Coming-Of-Age RPG
by Sage Ashford
During the Guerilla Collective show, developer LandShark Games announced Grifford Academy, a self-described “coming-of-age RPG” about a group of teens pulled into a magic book. In both the trailer (above) and the game’s Steam page, it promises players will be able to control the development of the game’s three protagonists: Viva, Erika, and Cap.
While the developer promises a rich narrative, it also features traditional turn-based combat, with customization options available to improve both the character’s gear and their stats in battle. With a cool art style and a headbanging theme song, Grifford Academy is one of the most memorable RPGs from the Guerilla Collective.
Grifford Academy is planned for Steam, Android, and iOS.
