NetherRealm Introduces The Lin Kuei Ninja To ‘Mortal Kombat 1’

NetherRealm Studios have revealed more new characters coming to Mortal Kombat 1, this time in a trailer focused on their ninja clans, the Lin Kuei. The trailer introduces a human version of the Lin Kuei warrior Smoke, while also showing off Rain, a master of water and now the High Mage of Outworld.
The trailer also shows off four brand-new Kameo Fighters including Sektor and Cyrax, Frost and Scorpion. Fans of MK‘s storyline get a few new teases, as Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Smoke find themselves working together to aid in protecting Earthrealm, only to incur the anger of mighty Outworld warrior, Rain.
Mortal Kombat 1 launches for Steam, the Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5 on September 19th.
